If it isn't done right, then why do it? That motto has driven the brew masters at Legacy Caribbean Craft Brewery to produce high-quality beer without the gimmicks and fads. There, they brew full-flavored, Caribbean-style malt beverages in small batches in order to create highly drinkable beers with superb aroma and taste. Their year-round styles, for instance, produce what they refer to as the "Caribbean Island Effect" which relaxes and reduces stress with every sip.
