I did enjoy the ambiance of the studio; it was quite pretty, clean, and comforting. The wax itself was not that painful, which was refreshing. I think overall the service was good; however, there were somethings I hoped could've been better.
Firstly, my service started 30 minutes late. This was an inconvenience because the next client came and kept knocking during my appointment. Understandably for them because I'm sure they were frustrated that their appointment was now also late. Nonetheless, for that reason, I believe my appointment ended up being rushed so she can attend to the next client. Additionally, I was shocked by how much wax was left on my body when I returned home. I've never had to go home and clean off that much wax at any other wax appointment that i've had so that was just disappointing.
Overall, I think I would've had a great experience, if not for the lateness and residual effects of having a late appointment.
