And I was having second thoughts, couldn't a refund on Groupon, I got discouraged. I called back 5th time someone pleasant answered the phone. Finally! I thought! she was professional, soothing, courteous and was willing to schedule, explain procedures and apologized for the long hold on the phone. Once I arrived the same courtesy on the phone continued in person. and I witnessed the phone ringing literally every minute! I am super pleased, satisfied and looking forward to my next visit

I had my first visit ever to laser a small area. Check-in was friendly, efficient, and fast (if you complete the medical forms electronically before arrival), and fast. I was called back 30 seconds after check-in. My nurse practioner was professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and asked pertinent questions. She also explained everything in detail so I had no questions. I highly recommend SEV, Bethesda.
