Efficient check in. Very clean and well maintained. Many different whirlpool experiences. Large facility so never feels crowded. Fine staff. Also enjoyed the steam room and sauna. Very relaxing.
Jay is extremely knowledgeable and provided a great experience for my first chemical peel. Her salon is beautiful and creates a very relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely come back for future antiaging skincare services! I highly recommend J Spa to anyone in the Baltimore area (located near White Marsh Mall & The Avenue).
