Major Body Fitness
In Major Body Fitness's Real Ryder class, students build endurance and strengthen their core to the tunes of modern dance music while following the framework of a complete plyometric workout. Owner and fitness/yoga instructor Melissa Levingston is formally trained as an instructor, and uses the format of high energy cardio routine on bikes to give students a fun, relevant workout. Major Body's schedule also includes more traditional forms of yoga, cardio, and core-centric workouts.
