About Major Body Fitness
In Major Body Fitness's classes students build endurance and strengthen their core to the tunes of modern dance music while following the framework of a complete plyometric workout. Owner and fitness/yoga instructor Melissa Levingston is formally trained as an instructor, and uses the format of high energy cardio and strength training routines to give students a fun, relevant workout. Major Body's schedule includes more traditional forms of strength training, yoga, cardio, and core-centric workouts.
