What is one of your most popular offerings? How is it prepared?
The Tuscany: this is a sauceless pie with a base of shredded mozzarella topped with Italian-seasoned tomatoes, a splash with pesto, fresh basil, a sprinkle of chopped walnuts, asiago cheese, and gorgonzola.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The Mangia Pizza experience was founded in 2003 with the opening of our first restaurant in Brookline, Massachusetts. [It was] ignited by the mission to revolutionize the way people think about, buy, and enjoy their pizza.
