Customer service and attention to detail. An environment that allows my clients the opportunity to feel safe and for healing and speedy recovery. Equipping the client with the knowledge for prevention and maintenance.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The need to help people deal with stress. We live in a society that requires everything be completed yesterday, thereby causing disease. I believe in doing everything in my power to help with the relief of stress and physical discomfort.
What do you love most about your job?
Knowing that I’ve helped someone who has suffered discomfort from day-to-day repetitive activities or long-term chronic ailments. Giving the client a treatment plan that is easy for them to follow and maintain.
What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
I’ve had clients tell me that “I was treating myself to a birthday massage. Thank you for making my day,” or, “ I’ve been to other therapists, and you are the only one who was able to resolve my pain.” My favorite is, “I will definitely be coming back to you. Thank you.”
