I purchased this paper on Feb 28th! I should receive a paper every Sunday. I have received 4 papers…. Worst service ever! I been extremely patient and tried working with them but at what point is enough enough. You pay to get weekly paper and don’t get it. Wouldn’t recommend!!

Well, we received two Sunday papers since about mid January. Weekly calls, emails to The Star Customer Service assure we will get a Sunday paper the next Sunday. Nothing is delivered but disappointment.

Major ripoff. They will try to make you renew at a ridiculous amount, if you don’t they will cancel your account (expected) but will continue delivering the newspaper for 3 months and then harass you for payment of an “unpaid balance” for something that never intended to become a recurring service. Very low and old school technique to steal money from customers. In the days of no contracts, it is shame the Miami Herald cannot be more creative to ensure their survival in a more honest manner.
