What's Included: 2 Sessions Per Week of 1 hour Group Training with a Certified Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach.
Each session will include a proper warm up, weight training, and conditioning (cardio or HIIT). Group Training allows you to get the guidance like you would within a One on One session as well as have like minded men and women to keep you motivated!

You must choose days & times that fit within your selected weekly training.
Example: If you choose One-Month Group Training 2x Per Week you must schedule 2 days and time for each week that is available.
Conditions:
When you purchase you will be contacted to schedule your days and times, you have one month from your purchase date to use this offer. No exceptions, any missed or late schedule appointments will not be available to be rescheduled. You will have to fill out a waiver and health questioner upon first session. This offer is for adults only and not for children, we will have a separate offer for youth group training.
