What You'll Get
Giving the gift of jewelry is a great way to say, "I love you," "I'm sorry," and "I didn't know you couldn't give a baby coffee." Speak through sparkles with this Groupon.
Choose Between Two Options
- $36 for a one-hour Beginner jewelry-design class (an $85 value)
- $69 for a two-hour Beginner 2 jewelry-design class (a $170 value)
For the one-hour classes, customers sign up for one of four available jewelry projects to take home: double-stone drop earrings, a strung necklace, a wire-wrapped stone ring, or a clasp-and-chain bracelet with a center stone. In the two-hour class, students make a matching set of earrings and a necklace. All necessary tools are provided to fashion jewelry out of sterling-silver findings. Semiprecious stones and other materials are included, but students can create an extra-special piece by purchasing higher-value precious stones.
Customers who purchase more than one Groupon for deal may sample different classes, which are held weekday evenings and weekend afternoons. Check the calendar for available class times.

About Modnitsa Atelier
At Modnitsa Atelier, Dina Scherer works with clients from head to toe. The Fashion Institute of Technology grad and trained image consultant knows that every detail of someone’s appearance has a chance to set them apart from the crowd and make an impression on everyone they meet or accidentally spill something on. Through evaluations, personal shopping trips, and "closet edit" sessions, Dina shepherds men and women toward personalized sartorial sophistication. She's also a trained makeup artist who preps mugs for headshots and events, using a deep knowledge of color theory that also guides her creation of custom jewelry designed to illuminate the recipient’s unique style and complexion. The one-woman styling team isn’t shy about sharing the wealth of her expertise—she also teaches jewelry-making classes, which Brides has recommended as a way to pep up a bachelorette-party outing.
