The event takes place at Spa State Park on Sunday, June 28 at 10 am. Entry includes pre-run Zumba, post-run picnic and dance classes, and a tour of the museum. All proceeds will benefit children’s programming at the National Museum of Dance and School of the Arts.

The National Museum of Dance and Hall of Fame

The National Museum of Dance and Hall of Fame fosters an appreciation of dance with various annually rotating exhibitions and events, including it's new feature exhibition "The Dancing Athlete." Exhibits containing videos, artifacts, and costumes explore traditional and modern dance from a variety of cultural groups and class backgrounds. To share a passion for dance with the community, the museum also hosts weekly classes at the School for the Arts.

"Put us in a dancing mood ..."
Since my wife and I are basically song and dance people we didn't know what to except here. The Hall of Fame featured its 2016 inductees - Patricia Wilde (ballet) and Gregory Hines (tap). "Dance Museum"
There are rotating exhibits in this museum, which I think I was told is the only dance museum in the country. Dance buffs will enjoy.

Always loved dance so I had to see this museum. Beautiful pictures, costumes and memorabilia. Stop in if you are in the area.
