Next Level’s staff aim to inspire both adults and kids to pique their personal fitness levels among a motivating group of their peers. A positive, supportive vibe exudes in the adult boot-camp program. Each 60-minute class pushes participants to perform at their most intense level, and trainers will mutate any tough moves into their lower-impact or less-evil-twin versions to accommodate campers of all abilities. Sessions coalesce a variety of fitness disciplines in order to continually challenge the body, with trainers pulling from an arsenal of cardio, core, agility, flexibility, and plyometric exercises. Classes convene at two outdoor locations as part of Next Level’s four-day schedule, and the staff will alert students if class is canceled due to weather or the sudden evaporation of either site.
Kids’ boot-camp classes mask mini workouts with jovial activities and kid-friendly games that incorporate falling leaps, bear crawls, and bouts of tug of war. As Next Level’s training staff shape-shift into a team of youth mentors, they inspire little ones to chase their goals both on and off the field and in their imaginary careers. Parents can call for a full list of classes and times that convenience their youngster’s schedule.

About Next Level Sports & Fitness
During Zephrin Augustine’s more than 10 years as a coach and athlete, he earned an array of nicknames that ranged from St. Augustine to Whomp Whomp. The most appropriate name for Augustine nowadays, however, is CEO. As the founder and head of Next Level Sports & Fitness, he draws on his strong fitness background—which includes a college football career at the University of Florida—to whip bodies into shape, aided by certified personal trainer Dimetress Barnwell. The duo specializes in boot-camp-style workouts, whose ever-changing cocktails of cardio, strength, and plyometric moves banish boredom more effectively than workouts that end with a fun fact about sweat. Held outside when weather permits, their dynamic fitness regimens melt away excess weight and tone physiques, enhancing the abilities of exercise newbies and decorated athletes alike.
