Jessica was very nice, but she and another staff member were late. Also, for the amount of pain I went through, I expected EVERY hair to be gone, which was NOT the case.
I had a Groupon and during checkout, the other staff member, who was doing the absolute bare minimum as a receptionist, had the audacity to ask for a tip after I was inconvenienced with their tardiness. I didn’t have my wallet and was having difficulty scanning the CashApp code, yet she offered ZERO assistance. And after struggling for a while, I finally went to my vehicle to get my card.
May I add, the ONLY reason I even agreed to giving a tip was because Jessica was so nice; however, my tip next time will be “Be on time for work, have a better attitude, and engage with customers, especially when it’s their first time in your establishment.”
The Groupon I purchased was for 2 sessions and unless I have a better experience 4 weeks from now, it will be my last.
