What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Our customer service and product quality are top notch. We treat your media as if it was our own. Unlike our competitors, your transfer will come in a custom case with a custom cover. Not just a paper sleeve and generic disc.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Our Memories in Motion got started as a hobby and turned into a thriving business. Our initial service of slide shows has transformed into offering tape to DVD, audio cassette as well as LP/Records to CD, 35mm slides to digital as well as web design and slide show creation services.
What do you love most about your job?
Interacting with my customers. Being able to preserve little Jonny's first steps is always a joy to do.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
A simple thank you from my customers is all I need. Seeing their smiles and reading their emails after they've watched a video or listened to audio they haven't been able to watch or listen to for years makes my work all worth it.
