As an All-American track and field decathlete he has the experience as an athlete and with his coaching experience to help you by motivating you toward improvement. He is a USATF Level 1 track and field certified coach as well as a NASM certified personal trainer. A Precision Nutrition Level 1 coach also gives him advanced knowledge and application into great nutritional habit based eating.
