We are the very few Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Schools that offer Instructional Classes for Kids and Adults multiple times a day Monday-Saturday.

What's one tip for first-time students that will make them feel like veterans?
We encourage all beginners to know and understand that self-defense and survival are what matters most. Allow yourself to learn and grow and you'll be coming back for more!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We are passionate about seeing students grow, progress, and overcome obstacles through the training of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. It is even more exciting to see a student implement these skills into their daily lives.

What do you love most about your job?
What we love most about our job is the environment and family we build through highly effective training. Our students are extended family members.
