Seasoned teachers lead 8–12 students through beginner, intermediate, or advanced courses, commencing with yoga- and Pilates-based warmups before sending students to the poles for an hour of spinning and impersonating flags. They also helm two-hour, instructor-led parties for groups of friends to celebrate special events such as birthdays and upcoming weddings. Call the studio to schedule.
