I had to wait quite awhile after being told on the phone there was an open bay. The Groupon did not include taxes, fees, and shop materials another $9:00. Total cost was $54. I could have gone to a 10 minute oil change franchise and with my military discount, paid the same.

Bought this for my daughter in another state and she said Lonnie gave her a hard time and tried to up charge everything. She ended up paying twice the amount I paid for the voucher. I called them and he argued with me. Very unprofessional company.
