DOULA SERVICES Live Birth Package
WHAT YOU'LL GET:
Meet with your doula two to three times before your live birth to get to know each other better. We will discuss your goals, birth plan, answer questions, and discuss birth options.
Continuous support throughout your early, active, and labor recovery.
Unlimited text and email support pregnancy and early postpartum period
Daily calls with your doula once a contract is signed during on-call hours.
ONE post partum visit and 6 phone check ups with Doula.

Physical Support
Position ideas for comfort and labor progression cross over with hands-on comfort measures like comforting touch, counter pressure, breathing techniques.
Emotional Support
Doulas help families to feel supported, easing the emotional experience of birth . Whether a birth is completely unmedicated or medically very complex, every family can benefit from nurturing support.
PARTNER SUPPORT
Our doulas are there to support every birth partner in being as involved as they’d like with the birth. Physical and emotional support make a huge difference for everyone involved.
Comfort techniques may include massage, aromatherapy, hypnobaby, counterpressure techniques, breathing exercises, and soothing water and hydrotherapy. Other comfort techniques may also be used depending on your unique situation.

About Prenatal and Mommy Care Clinic
Erin Cotter is a practicing doula and midwife's apprentice in Ogden, Utah. She provides birth doula services for northern Utah, including Davis, Weber and Salt Lake Counties. She is also a student at Renaissance College of Massage in Bountiful and will graduate in 2021. She has received DONA doula training, is a practicing doula and will become a DONA certified Doula in 2021. She has worked with women and children as an childcare assistant and in other support roles for over 10 years. Erin and her partner have 4 children and are expecting another baby boy due in January of 2021. She is a breastfeeding advocate and works closely with Arrivals birth center in Ogden. She is trained in providing support and care for women in labor in all birth settings, including hospitals, birth centers and home births, and is always excited to meet new clients.
