Great service, professional and fast! Couldn’t ask for anything more... 🤗

After updated the iOS 14.4, my iphone6s + battery draining like crazy! So i gave a try to see if replace the battery works or not. Luckily, I found here to do the battery replacement, and it works!! Quick and professional service! Thanks guy :)
I called to have my iPhone repaired and was able to have it fixed the same day. I was told it would take an hour but it was ready before an hour. I highly recommend this place! Great service!!
I don't normally leave reviews, but the owner asked if I would and some how he made me promise to do so. I warned him I would take my time and give an honest review. I had the work done in late November 2020.
My Iphone 6S had a cracked screen and the battery was functioning poorly. The screen did not bother me but the battery issue was making it unusable. I tried to get the battery fixed through Apple who sent me to Best Buy. Best Buy told me $50 for a new battery (which was fine), but wanted $175 to fix the screen and would not work on the battery if the screen were cracked. With tax, handling, and all it would have been about $250. Which would not have been worth it.
So I tried Priceless Phone Repair with the Groupon coupon. It was $40 for the Groupon coupon (with a special discount of $10 making it only $30) to replace the screen and an additional $27 for them to replacement the battery at the same time. So they did for $57 (normally $67) what Apple/Best Buy wanted nearly $250. So that was a great deal.
The new battery seems to be working fine. Although the battery is probably aftermarket and does not seem to work as well as the original battery did when it was new. Anyway, I'm not picky and am happy with the results.
The new screen is probably after market as well and does seem to have some sensitivity issues. Sometimes it does not respond to my thumbs, but seems to always respond to my other fingers. This could be a problem if playing games, etc on the phone, but I don't mind so much. I do play some games using the phone, but I'm not much of a gamer. So this issue can be slightly bothersome, but nothing too annoying.
Another issue I saw in reviews was that Priceless wants your phone passcode when they work on the phone so that they can verify the functions and that the button works after they fix it. Apple/Best Buy told me the same thing and it appears to be a normal practice. I would suggest that you back up your phone and reset it so that everything on it is erase before bringing the phone in. Afterwards, you can reload your backup onto the phone. I don't think these guys are stealing anyone's information, but it would certainly give one piece of mind.
The store location was a hole in the wall and the office was cluttered, but I waited outside while they fixed my phone and saw that they had a steady stream of customers. Which seems to be a good sign.
Overall, this was a great deal and I'm happy I went to them.
(Context) my iPhone 6s+ was run over by a wheelchair, it also had some old coffee stuck behind it, which made it so it was like I entered the password a billion times and got locked out.
The gentlemen here couldn’t be more kind and professional, they repaired my phone in 2 hours (I did not make an appointment but you are supposed to and I just got lucky MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!) Great people!!!
