This place is THE best !! Knowledgeable, fun, friendly teachers who meet you right where you are and help you discover your strengths, weaknesses and GENTLY encourage you to do a bit more. My body is responding in amazing ways. I see my physique changing and my lower back, tight hamstrings and hip flexors feel SO much better!!! I love this place!
