Never Frozen! Red & Gold Boil Brings the “Boat to Table Concepts” into reality. By having an extensive network of established fishermen, who only harvest from healthy and robust waters, and following strict regulations, we can be proud of our ethical and sustainable practices.
What is one of your most popular offerings? How is it prepared?
Our Seafood Boil! A true Southern time-honored tradition, one where crustaceans plays the central element. Flavorful and distinctively fresh, we marry ears of corn, new potatoes and our own medley of boat-harvested seafood cooked to perfection.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We’ve been fishermen for so long, it was only a time that we started sharing our passion of the sea with NYC.
What do you love most about your job?
Being able to watch our boats offload from the week-long harvests out at sea.
