Motivation comes from within, however accountability can help during those times that motivation is in short supply. We know every member by name and want to see you in here.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
In our area there is an epidemic of unhealthy lifestyles. Not everyone needs a six pack but most of us would like to be able to keep up with our kids and grand kids when we get older. Establishing a healthy lifestyle now can pay huge dividends into the future.

What do you love most about your job?
The personal successes of each of my members is what keeps me coming back every day. I want to see all of you succeed.
