I hold you accountable by having weekly weigh ins. I teach you how to use fast food to keep your cravings at bay while still melting fat. Workouts are designed specifically to your needs.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Live music is at the boot camp every day to keep you motivated and always moving. I also have partner-based exercises to keep the workouts fun, diverse, and full of surprises.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
After suffering depression in 2012, I took up fitness as a means to feel better about myself and my self image. After using fitness to achieve my personal goals, I know for a fact that if it can help me, it can most certainly help you at any stage of your life.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the fact that I'm helping people every day have more birthdays and more memories to share with their family, friends, and loved ones. My mission is to save lives. Period. For everyone I don't help, I feel as if they're slipping closer to obesity, disease, and death, which can be avoided.
