What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
I give personal attention and training schedules to each participant. I train participants so they don't get injured and I have a 98% success rate.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We meet at different places so they don't get bored. We train in groups so it's more fun and everyone has accountability partners.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I was a scholarship runner in college and had a successful running career after college. This is my way of giving back.

What do you love most about your job?
Helping people succeed. It is very gratifying to see runners and walkers accomplish their goal of finishing a marathon or half marathon.
