Helmet-equipped participants first take part in a mini lesson to become more familiar with horseback riding. After their subsequent hourlong ride, they return to a petting-zoo-like atmosphere where they can visit animals like goats, chickens, ducks, and miniature ponies in the barn.

Through Sarah's Stables, Inc., riders on horseback have access to more than 25 miles of lush trails. Beginners can meet one of 30 horses and learn how to ride while more advanced students practice competitive maneuvers. An onsite stable also offers boarding for long-term residents, giving horses access to indoor and outdoor arenas along with premium hay and feed.
