One of the only outside training facilities in SB! Our Combat Fit Cardio and Self Defense program uses boxing, kickboxing, jiu jitsu, plyometric body weight training and circuit training stations for any level student. Learning proper striking technique and how to foster the ability to defend yourself and loved ones against any potential violent attack. No two classes are the same, they are dynamic and explosive with great camaraderie amongst motivating members while pushing each others limits

About SB Krav Maga
A typical workout at SB Krav Maga can look intimidating at first––chokeholds, plastic training handguns, lightning-fast kicks in the gut––but after closer examination, the images lose their menace. Krav maga, a self-defense fighting system designed by the Israeli army to transform civilians into soldiers as quickly and effectively as possible, focuses on learning self-defense against armed and unarmed assailants. Students jump right into learning the basics, working in small groups to refine techniques such as escaping from chokeholds, fending off multiple attackers, and women's self-defense techniques. Certified instructors teach students how to throw punches, elbows, knees, and kicks while minimizing injury. High-intensity cardio drills are sprinkled throughout the classes that focus mostly on performing drills with a partner decked in pads. In classes such as Combat Cardio Fitness, individuals can burn up to 800+ calories in a session, making it a great fitness regimen in addition to teaching useful self-defense techniques.
