Joy was really good and she made me comfortable and did good massage and I will highly recommend her.

She was sweet and made sure I was attended to. Fyi - the building is a gray & blue colored one and you go into her suite. Pros - I did feel fine after the massage. Hot stones were nice! Massage on arms/hands was perfect! Really great customer service. Cons- I wish the pressure was firmer/harder, there was music coming from two parts and the one inside the massage room had commercials playing on it which was distracting. There wasn’t much massage on the neck and shoulders. I was hoping there would be massage on the sides/hips/waist. I do also wish the hot stones were used more because they felt amazing!

Overall very basic and not at all what I was expecting. First I didn't feel out an intake form which made me worried but I thought the MT would go through everything upon arrival... that didn't happen.The therapist didn't ask why I came in, if I was experiencing any pain, she just set about doing a very basic massage. During many points of the session, I couldn't tell where both of her hands were, it felt like she was messing with electronics or things around the room. There also was no bolsters to ensure comfort. After I asked for more time spent on my neck she was helpful. She is a nice person but I left the session feeling like worse than I did coming in.
