Dry infrared heat can help increase circulation and ease pain and stiffness
About This Deal
- How it works: Infrared heat permeates to the body’s core faster than the warm air of a regular sauna, elevating the heart rate to help boost the metabolism.
- Benefits: On top of the traditional benefits of a sauna session—relaxed muscles and a cleansing, steam-induced sweat—infrared saunas can also play a role in weight-loss regimens.

About Sean Fox Massage
As a licensed massage therapist, Sean Fox has not only perfected his bodywork techniques, but learned the ins and outs of the musculature system. At Finger Lakes School of Massage, he spent 1,000 hours studying massage therapy. After that, he apprenticed with a Rolfing practitioner to understand the role of posture in relieving chronic pain.
Today, he draws on all this knowledge at his eponymous massage studio, located inside Hellenic Laser Spa. Here, he alleviates clients' pain and helps them recover from injuries with his specialty, myofascial release. Sean often complements his specialty with deep tissue, trigger point, and Swedish modalities, tailoring his handiwork to each client's goals
