Great experience. You sit in a dark room that is meant to resemble a cave with salt crystals on the floor, as if it was beach, sand, and twinkle star lights on the ceiling. They make the room dark and play meditation music while you lay in an anti-gravity chair with a cozy blanket And just breathe the therapeutic salt.
