About Self-Care Arts

Self-Care Arts brings together self-care and martial arts training under the aegis of Master Sifu Martin Kelly. This class will give the kids and adults confidence and teach them self defense techniques as well as building on more advanced techniques and mastery of the different arts. This comprehensive approach manifests itself in a range of classes, including Kung Fu, Jujitsu, MMA, weapons, Aikido, Judo, Tai Chi, fitness, self-defense, Qigong, Yoga, and Iron Palm training. He has studied, trained, and taught with some of the greatest masters in Martial Arts and Mind-Body practices around the world. Sifu Kelly's many accomplishments include a Master Rank in Aikido, Tai Ji Quan, and Qigong, as well as a Black Belt in Jujitsu, MMA, Judo, and Tae Kwon Do. Sifu Kelly has been teaching and training children successfully since 1982. He takes a personal interest in all his students' success and will create the best program to complete your goals and bring you success.

Self-Care Arts practices the eastern philosophy of the Martial Arts. The program focuses not just on strength and technique but also building a healthy body and focused mind. The Internal Arts principles from Tai Ji (Tai Chi) and Bagua are integrated into all classes.
