I went for the 60 minute elite facial with microdermabrasion. My skin literally glowed when I walked out, and my pores were visibly less clogged. It was a fantastic service, the esthetician was wonderful and gentle, and the products felt amazing on my skin.
I have to take off one star tho because during my service a woman came in and chatted (loudly) with the receptionist and then with my esthetician after she was done with my mask. the 'rooms' are divided by partitions and not walls so I could literally hear everything... and it went on for like a half hour. not the most relaxing, especially when at that point in the facial I was literally just chillin with my mask on. I loved the service so this really was disappointing but hopefully it was a one-time issue, and to be fair I could have asked them to be quieter. The set up in itself is less private so that's just something to keep in mind, for staff & patrons.
