What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? This class is designed to give you a full body workout as well as to teach you the basic fundamentals needed to take your knowledge to the performance level. Classes will include a mixture of stretching, ballet, conditioning, choreographing and technique in a private facility with water on site.

Do you provide any materials? What should your students expect to bring? We recommend you wear long sleeves and long, tight fitting pants. Bring a water bottle, a towel, and a yoga mat for stretching.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? As a survivor, Demi Fyrce is all about empowerment and this class is one of the fastest ways to excel and grow your self-worth.

What do you love most about your job? Watching my students progress to the point that they are performing and progressing. Sharing my knowledge with those who love to learn it.
