Pros: -I was able to book an appointment on the following day, plus it was a weekend (friday) so I was happy they had availability. -My masseuse (Dynette) was great and asked me several times if the pressure was good to make sure I wasn't in pain. She also communicated to me where I carry tension. -The receptionist was very polite and nice. Cons (not really a con but don't know how else to call it): -This is not a very fancy spa with bells and whistles. This is where you go to get a good quality massage without all the extra fancy stuff like grandiose decor or complimentary champagne. But I actually prefer it. you're going to be spending the whole time with your eyes closed anyways...
