I believe in great customer service. From the beginning the nurse was late. The nurse made me feel like I didn't deserve the deal. The nurse said the ad was mis-leading. The nurse could not find a vein and could not draw blood. (Mind you, I had blood draw a few days before with no problem) The small amount of blood drawn, the nurse could not separate the plasma. Basically blamed me for not drinking enough water. This was truly not a good experience. Appt was rescheduled for today 12/11/21 and was doubled booked. When I asked to reschedule with another person service was refused. This is absolutely the worst place to have a service done. These people are NOT kind in a service based industry.

Kara did a great job dermaplaning and was very knowledgeable. Space was clean and comfortable. Would recommend 👍🏼
