Barre classes combine exercises inspired by ballet, yoga, and Pilates to improve flexibility and help achieve mind-body balance
Studio Barre is a one hour, head to toe fitness class that is based around the ballet barre. Classes are led by interactive instructors, set to upbeat and motivating music. All classes feature small, isometric based movements, using body weight, light hand weights, exercise balls and resistance bands.
