What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Our programs are built around science, we don’t only target your body fat, we also include corrective training to rebuild your posture. The best part is, you won’t even know you’re doing it. We use TRX’s, Kettlebells, Battle Ropes, Bands, and plyometric.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The inspiration behind our boot camps was designed when we wanted to develop a personal training session into a group environment, we now not only give you a great workout, but we also teach you so you understand and can apply it to your daily life.
What do you love most about your job?
What we love most about our job is the success stories that come after, we are only there showing you how to do it safely, it’s your hard work and dedication that keeps us inspired and going.
At Dream Body Boot Camp, which was voted San Diego A-List's best boot camp of 2012, trainer Matthew Johnson and his staff of specialized trainers help patrons to quickly sculpt physiques into top form during indoor and outdoor workouts that pair cardio moves with strength-boosting exercises. Instead of painting muscle ripples onto participants’ abs, each of Johnson’s instructors draws from a kinesiology degree or a national personal-training certification when designing a new 60-minute workout each day. Before their first class, students meet with Johnson to get acquainted and set their fitness goals, such as looking good in a bikini or ripping through a T-shirt to reveal their swimsuit with one powerful body flex. In the course of 10 minutes, he asks clients what they’d like to achieve in class and how they’ve pursued their goals in the past.
Once the talking ends, the training begins, and the motivational instructors put patrons to work hefting dumbbells, straining against Trx suspension gear, and flipping giant tires end over end. Johnson and his trainers leave long runs out of their workouts, opting instead for tire hopping, jumping rope, and other dynamic exercises to elevate heart rates.
Hapa Yoga takes its name from a Hawaiian term for a blend of Asian and European heritage, fitting for a studio that prides itself on an all-inclusive embrace of multiple yoga traditions performed in the welcoming aloha spirit. The team of certified instructors arrived at its yoga mastery from many paths, from dealing with the stresses of military life and conditioning for amateur boxing matches to healing from serious injuries. The instructors now help their students work toward self-set wellness goals, including toning muscles through mat Pilates, Zumba, and TRX classes, sweating away unwanted fat during heated power-yoga sessions, preparing bodies for child-birth with prenatal yoga, or strengthening core groups with Vinyasa flow.
In addition to adult yogis, kids master breathing exercises, tumbling feats, and new ways to reach countertop cookie jars during children’s yoga classes, or play with toys and read books at the onsite childcare facilities at each of their two studios.

Chula Vista Yoga Center relieves not only visitors' physical pain, but their psychological pain, too. The setting alone is enough to lift guests' spirits. Some of the walls in the open space are bright yellow and adorned with paintings in vibrant hues. One even features an abstract mural.
But the atmosphere is only the beginning. Vinyasa flow classes are offered daily, and several Restorative classes are scheduled each month. All of the instructors are committed to ensuring students of all levels are comfortable, offering variations for novices and long-time yogis. Once students have mastered the basics, they can further develop their practice during the studio's workshops, retreats, or teacher training. The center also offers guided meditation, hypnotherapy sessions, and bodywork sessions, including circulatory, hot-stone, and sensory-repatterning massages.
Founder and CEO Allison Beardsley's passion for Pilates sparked after struggling to find exercise that would not aggravate her basketball-related ailments. The discovery that the efficient resistance moves helped her to develop a strong core without subjecting her joints to pain inspired her to spread the word of Pilates's benefits to others, which she does from her sunny Club Pilates–studio locations. A team of certified instructors teaches the group classes, which are designed to strengthen, tighten, and tone the entire body. The staff leads students through controlled movements and breathing techniques performed on specialized Pilates machines, such as the Reformer, a Pilates ballet barre, and retired kitchen chairs. To ensure each patron can craft a well-rounded workout regimen that suits his or her needs, the studios offer stretching and sculpting classes that touch upon a variety of fitness modalities.
