About Sushi Ya Japanese & Asian Fusion
Celebrating its 24th anniversary in 2015, Sushi Ya Japanese has built a reputation over the past two-plus decades for its intriguing mix of sushi and authentic pan-Asian cuisine. Around 20 different specialty rolls provide diners with plenty of variety—especially the volcano roll, stuffed with salmon, tobiko, and scallion, topped with a creamy sauce, and baked to achieve its signature lava-like coloring. Beyond the Japanese specialties, other Asian dishes are represented in the form of peking duck, red curry salmon, and kung pao cashew nut. Appetizers and tapas-style dishes also offer larger groups something to share, including avocado boats carrying sushi rice, crab meat, and other ingredients that would provide plenty of provisions if the avocado boat happened to drift out to sea.
