Consulting: We provide consulting for any type of sustainable and regenerative development projects ranging from residential and commercial housing, eco villages, and smart cities. Assessment: First we observe and interact with the environment by assessing human needs and desires, location impact, and resource availability with surveys, historical data, and sensors. Planning: Then we develop a plan for the development including design, operations, infrastructure, materials, and financials utilizing permaculture principles. Project Management: Executing and managing the project is our specialty. This includes creating a complete financial plan, scope of work, timeline, and assuring all is done in a timely and effective manner.
