Tahoe Outdoor Adventures

Was a ton of fun! Michelle and Ryan were great tour guides! I expected it to be just another hike but was pleasantly surprised with how fun it was!

Our guides, Michelle and Ryan, are so knowledgeable and friendly. We learned about the history of Lake Tahoe, different types of snow and pine cones, and of course, how to wear and walk in snowshoes. Our group has participants of different stamina. Ryan and Michelle were always on either end to make sure everyone was alright. The hike was a little exhausting but it was really fun. We totally enjoyed it and would definitely recommend the company, especially with Michelle and Ryan as guides.

Awesome snow shoeing hike to the lake and back. Ryan and Michelle were full of knowledge about the Tahoe area, history, and nature. Fun hike a little picnic next to the lake before heading back.

Had the best time on my snowshoe tour with Michelle! She’s very professional and looks as if she’s always prepared. Was extremely helpful towards a Texas girl who was foreign to snow and snowshoes. Also got some of the best pictures that would definitely make the vacay photo album. Also great conversation along the way. Thanks Michell. Would definitely do again.

Wow! Just wow. If I could give them 10 stars I would. We really went off the beaten path and away from tourist spots that we never would have found on our own. Our guides were fantastic and showed us the most amazing views that we have ever seen on our many trips to the area. We were new to snowshoeing so they showed us how to do everything and made us feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend this activity to anyone looking to get out and do something that is not "touristy". Just do it! Oh and ask for Michelle--You will not be disappointed. She is a great photographer! :) Thanks again Tahoe Outdoor Adventures. We will be booking with you again!

We enjoyed our time with Michelle and Ryan so much! The experience for 3 novice snowshoers (one 60 Y/O) couldn’t have been better - communications leading up, outfitting, teaching us how to use snowshoes, the nature and Tahoe history education, snacks and ALL the pictures. They clearly love what they do and want others to enjoy this activity as well. The scenery was STUNNING! The pace was perfect!

I did the scenic snow tour and it was fantastic. Michelle was very nice and attentive. I'm definitely booking another tour or one of their other offerings when I come back. 10/10, 100 % recommend!

Heard a few new sounds of nature, the sights are always remarkable. Great experience.
