About Taipa Peruvian Restaurant
While working at his mother's company when he was a teenager, Chef Carlos Paredes first gained an interest in the culinary arts. He pursued this passion throughout college and later decided to put it into action by opening his own food truck in 2012, which soon developed into a brick-and-mortar restaurant—Taipa Peruvian Restaurant. At his establishment, he gives diners a taste of traditional and authentic Peruvian dishes, like fresh ceviche lomo saltado, antichchos, arroz chaufa, and more.
