My inspiration to start this business is to provide customers an alternative to the big box stores and shine on personalized service and technical ability.

Technology is always changing and evolving, it's never boring!

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
The best reaction we have ever gotten from a customer was the complete surprise when we told her that the computer needed a quick fix around $30 so it would work again. She went to the big box store and was told to buy a new computer.
