The ambiance of the restaurant was very nice. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was excellent and the sangria was very good. Even my desert, lemon pie was delicious.

Other aspects were not bad, however, I don’t think the meats were flavorful and tender. Definitely some seasoning should be used and cooking time be modified to avoid dryness.

Nice atmosphere with the Christmas music and santa. The food was not as good this time. I will probably skip the knife moving forward.

I liked all of the meat except for the ribs, which were a little bit too chewy. The rib roast was very tantalizing and the chimichurri steak was very flavorful as well as the chicken and sausage. The sides were decent as long as you picked the good ones. The sangria and wine was good as well. The main reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because I was hoping that since it was a buffet style restaurant, that there would be unlimited dessert as well; but you only get to pick one dessert off of the menu. Overall, I really liked the food, I just wanted more dessert.

About The Knife Restaurant

The Knife Restaurant is a place of extremes. Meals are strictly all-you-can-eat, fueled by freshly sliced meats and plenty of salads and starters to go with them - over 150 total items. But while the Argentine-style steakhouse may not favor moderation, this diversity of options can satisfy the finicky and the adventurous alike. The charcoal-grilled meats come in more than a dozen varieties, including flank steak, beef short ribs, pork ribs, house-made chorizo, stuffed chicken breast, and a seafood catch of the day. The grill—or parrilla—is self-service, too, allowing diners to select their own cuts of meats rather than having to win them in a traditional meat lottery.
