This 10-week program combines exercise, nutritional guidance, and motivation to help clients transform their bodies and achieve their fitness goals. The fitness program includes cardio and strength training for individuals of all fitness levels, and the nutrition plan is based on a clean diet and knowing which foods are healthy for the body. Classes run Monday–Friday from March 31 to June 6.
The Max Challenge
The Max Challenge specializes in a signature 10-week fitness challenge designed to yield results and transform clients' entire bodies. The system combines exercise, nutritional guidance, and motivation, helping clients to pursue their potential and achieve their fitness and health goals. Trainers design cardio and strength-training exercises to accommodate individuals of all fitness levels, as well as a nutrition program that includes food education and menus of foods that can be found in an everyday supermarket. The third pillar of the system—motivation—hinges on The Max Challenge vast support system of individuals and trainers all working toward a common goal.
