Warrior Fitness Kickboxing offers fitness kickboxing to any and all levels of fitness. Our Warrior Fitness Kickboxing is designed to get your heart pumping and your body toned! With martial arts inspired exercises, Warrior Fitness Kickboxing targets all of the areas that we love to hate! Our class is constantly changing in order to work your entire body. In one action-packed hour, we will punish the kicking bags for 8 heart-pounding rounds, then work some plyometrics or use some hand weights to strengthen, tone, and tighten!
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We started Warrior Fitness Kickboxing with EVERYONE in mind. We wanted a well-rounded class that can be adjusted to fit all fitness levels! We have served everyone from from the blind to the elderly! With just a few tweaks here and there, everyone can benefit from our fitness class.
What do you love most about your job?
I love that I am improving the world one person at a time. Whether you come here for physical fitness or for stress-relief, you leave here feeling energized, confident, and strong after a workout! We are here to help make sure you hit the goals you want!
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
I love hearing how our kickboxing program has helped people overcome their plateaus. When coupled with a healthy lifestyle, Warrior Fitness Kickboxing can help the pounds fly off! The best reaction I have ever gotten was hearing a mom of 5 tell me she has lost 85 lbs, which is the lowest weight she has been in almost 25 years! She felt healthy, fit , strong, and confident...and it looked great!
