About The Public Gym
The Public Gym is a small member-focused fitness facility built by people who love fitness and want to share its positive effects with you! The Public Gym offers BootCamp, HiLi, CrossFit, and KickStart (Intro to CrossFit). In each of our classes, the smaller class sizes allow our coaches to get to know you individually and give you the attention you need to move safely and efficiently toward your goals.
