- Pilates: Pioneered by Joseph Pilates, this technique helps build stable cores and long, strong muscles.
- Cycle: SING LOUD. SWEAT BUCKETS. PEDAL HARD. HAVE FUN! Take a ride with The Studio by M and you’re sure to leave sweaty and grinning from ear to ear. Our approach to cycling is to have fun, sing loud, and pedal (safely) to the beat of your own drum.
- Barre: combines the fundamentals of yoga, Pilates, isometrics, cardio, and strength training. These principles along with ballet basics are brought together to enhance strength and flexibility.
- Pranassage: is a passive bodywork system in which the therapist uses yoga-like postures to ease clients' physical, mental, and spiritual fatigue.
