I purchased this Groupon as a gift for my husband and after his massage I wished I would have purchased me one too. Per him, Regina was very professional and left him feeling very relaxed. She was very attentive to his areas of concerns and even sent me some recommendations for him. We will most definitely be visiting Regina and Total You Wellness Center again.

Total You Wellness owner Sonja Regina Hinson wears two hats. In one she's a licensed massage therapist, and in the other, she's a fitness coach. Regardless of how she's helping clients achieve wellness, she keeps their individual needs in mind. That means her massages may incorporate everything from Swedish to trigger-point techniques, depending on how much pressure your aching muscles crave.
