About A Chat with We Walk New York
What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
As we lead you through the streets and parks of New York, you will see a side unknown even to most natives. You will discover NYC's many hidden gems & secrets found right under your feet, as well as right in front of your eyes! Remember that to walk New York is to love New York!
What is the experience customers can expect?
Hear the tale of a fallen hero whose tortured soul still haunts the street where he once lived. Visit a graveyard hidden right below your feet. Decide if the "House of Death" has earned its name or is just the victim of many unfortunate coincidences. Plus thrill in more chilling, true ghost stories!
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
As a Brooklyn native, I've always enjoyed exploring NYC and discovering the many great stories of its history. After teaching for 14 years, I decided to take my passion for history to the streets. Now I have the pleasure of showing natives and visitors alike everything that I love about this town!
What do you love most about your job?
I am a lifelong learner and avid storyteller. The intrigues of history have always fascinated me. As a tour guide, I have the opportunity to share my passion for the hidden side of history with so many. The best part of this job is when a lifelong New Yorker tells me, "No way! I never knew that!"
